Our Executive Director, Mrs. Patience Ogolo Dickson, proudly participated in the 784th Meeting, 32nd Session of the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). As a panelist during the Day of General Discussions on General Comment on Article 29, she highlighted the challenges and barriers preventing women with disabilities from active political participation in Nigeria.

68th Commission on the Status of Women, March 2024

New York, USA โ€“ The 68th Commission on the Status of Women held from 11th to 22nd March 2024 provided an invaluable platform for global dialogue and advocacy. For me, it was a privilege to represent and shed light on the status of women with disabilities in Sri Lanka.
